I’m launching a new project to develop my swing jazz piano style. The aim is to copy the trio bass and drum patterns on some of Peterson’s classic tracks and add my own Peterson-inspired piano. Watch this space!

I’m really looking forward to playing my new piece ‘Shades of Blue-Green’ for ‘cello and multimedia with the Electro-acoustic ensemble at Kardomah94 in Hull on Tuesday 6th November.
The concert will also include the first performance of ‘Play 6’ by Hull composer John Stead and two works (‘Song of songs’ and ‘Water Dances’ mov.III) by Japanese composer Karen Tanaka.
